The Islands Trust Fund and its partners are working to protect natural Gulf Island ecosystems that play an important role in carbon cycling and storage. The Islands Trust Fund’s Opportunity Fund provides local island conservancies with funding for land protection expenses or matching funds for land purchases. Your donation to the Opportunity Fund will allow Gulf Island conservancies working in this area to continue to protect fragile island ecosystems and combat climate change.
