We will be assessing the quality and quantity of salmon habitat above the barriers in order to prioritize the sites to be addressed first.
Our mapping and monitoring protocols are from the Streamkeepers Handbook and Modules - we will be doing Modules One, Two, Three and Four.

The UBC Farm explores and demonstrates ways to reduce the impact of the food system on climate change with the “Changing the Food System to Change the Climate” project.

An exploration From the Forest to the Sea reconnects youth with nature and empowers people to become environmental stewards and to take positive action for their communities and the environment.

A workshop for students that uses video, role-playing, acting, & discussion to educate the students on the science of climate change, cars & car alternatives and addresses the role of alternative fuels & technologies.
